Lead, IT Systems Administration (TS/SCI) Job Code: 37395 Job Location: Camden, NJ (on‑site) Schedule: 9‑80 Regular (9/80 Employees work 9 out of every 14 days – totaling 80 hours worked – and have every other Friday off) Job Description L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Senior IT Administrator in its Camden-NJ location. The IT Administrator serves as a technical expert responsible for the effective provisioning, installation, configuration, operation, and maintenance of system hardware, software, and related infrastructure within a classified/high‑security environment. This role focuses on maintaining the security, uptime, and performance of networks and servers. Essential Functions Security and Compliance Management System Administration and Maintenance Network & Optimization Administration and Documentation Incident Response Backup and Recovery Ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI with FS Polygraph . Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 7 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience. Advanced understanding of Windows/Linux administration, Active Directory, virtualization, and network protocol. 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in network or systems administration. Security+ certification or equivalent industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, MCSA, RHCSA). Clearance : Active TS SCI. Preferred Additional Skills TS/SCI with FS Polygraph preferred . CISSP certification preferred. Experience supporting multi‑program or mission‑critical defense systems. Familiarity with Risk Management Framework (RMF) processes, system accreditation, and continuous monitoring. Strong coordination skills across engineering, cybersecurity, and government audit teams. Scripting: Proficient in PowerShell, Bash, or Python. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $110,500 - $205,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
