Infusion Nurse II Home Care & Mentorship
Option Care
Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in home or infusion suites. You will work under supervision, implementing plans of care, educating patients and families, and ensuring safety and continuity of care.
The role requires an active RN license, at least 1 year of nursing experience, and CPR certification. You may need to travel up to 100% and use nursing technology tools in a dynamic home-care setting.
