A day in the life.

The Client Coordinator provides support to the Producer and client service team in the coordination of marketing and placement activities for new and renewal business. This role is responsible for a broad range of daily servicing tasks in support of an assigned team or book of business.

·         Assist with pre-renewal application assembly, loss runs, and loss summaries as needed. Prepare pre-renewal submissions and communications, gather renewal updates, and review carrier requirements.

·         Support the service team in issuing binding documents, including processing auto ID cards, preparing certificate templates, issuing certificates of insurance, and invoicing new and renewal policies.

·         Review and prepare new and renewal policies for delivery, ensuring compliance with bind order instructions, verification of company forms, and confirmation of coverage limits.

·         Complete mid-term policy servicing tasks, including receiving endorsement orders, submitting change requests to carriers, reviewing audits and endorsements, and resolving discrepancies with clients and carriers. Produce certificates of insurance, update the agency management system as needed, invoice endorsements and audits, and process cancellations.

·         Enter new business applications into the agency management system.

·         Research and respond to client billing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

·         Assist with additional interest and lienholder changes on carrier websites.

·         Utilize comparative raters and carrier quoting systems to support marketing and servicing activities.

·         Perform other duties as assigned to support the successful completion of the role.

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft office applications required.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure and multi-task.
• Property/Casualty license or ability to attain is required.

These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:

• 1+ years of experience working in customer service, commercial lines insurance for a carrier or broker preferred.
