Preschool Lead Teacher The Learning Experience - Dedham

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday Friday
Pay Range: $22 - $23 per hour

About The Learning Experience

The Learning Experience - Dedham is seeking an enthusiastic and nurturing Preschool Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood education team. Our center provides a warm, engaging environment where children discover their potential through play-based learning, creativity, and care.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage your preschool classroom, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment .
Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum , promoting social, emotional, and academic growth.
Build strong relationships with families and communicate regularly about childrens progress.
Partner with center leadership to support enrollment, family engagement, and program quality.
Collaborate with co-teachers to maintain classroom consistency and excellence.

Qualifications

Degree or coursework in Early Childhood Education (ECE) , Child Development , or a related field preferred.
EEC certification or ability to meet Massachusetts Preschool Teacher qualifications required.
EEC Strong Start 2.0 completion
1+ year of experience in a preschool or daycare setting .
Strong understanding of developmentally appropriate practices .
CPR and First Aid certification preferred (training available).
