We are leader on our businesses, and recognized as one of the largest global innovative companies.MissionTo function in a group of direct labor personnel in the production of a quality, cost-effective product; to maintain adequate production schedules and ensure the timely shipment of product to customers; to ensure compliance with all federal, state and local regulations regarding safety and environment; To load and unload materials and deliveries and move them to and from storage areas, machines, loading docks, and/or trailers.ResponsibilitiesPerforming each phase of job in full compliance with all company, state and/or federal safety and environmental regulations.Obtain Valeo certification to safely operate Valeo powered industrial equipment.Operators have to perform safety checks on equipment prior and throughout the shift depending on any additional circumstances.Operators are expected to follow equipment procedures at all times.Working with established production schedules, pre-stage required supplies and materials to supply and service operators, machines, and/or processing positions with proper materials and supplies to maintain continuous and uninterrupted process flow.Obtain, move, and/or store raw, in-process, and/or finished materials and supplies to and from production and other designated areas manually or with assigned material handling equipment in accordance with standard procedure as required.Perform other related duties such as load and/or unload materials and supplies to or from production processing equipment.Arrange storage, hold and production supply areas in a manner to facilitate proper rotation, appearance, and accessibility while respecting zoning, 5S and improvements by their team.Perform other related duties such as break down and/or dispose of or store packing materials, check identification of materials and product and correct as needed, duplicate labels if needed, sort and store salvage/rework materials, dispose of waste, make up/break down crates and boxes, handle materials, take inventories or cycle checks; issue materials.Use a data terminal to input and retrieve data, duplicate labels, assign shippers and receive JIT calls, etc. as required or as instructed in assigned areas.Assume additional responsibility for SAP System.Production Associate Qualifications/Skills:Flexible work availability and comfortable with overtime as needed.Ability to read and understand general work instructions.Must have strong command of the English language, both written and verbal.Must be reliable, have good initiative, committed, and safety focused.Ability to perform repetitive duties while standing for long periods of time.Ability to lift 20-50 lbs on a daily basis.Ability to maintain a safe working environment.Valid state issued driver's license.2 years shipping and receiving experience preferredRequired PPE: Safety Glasses, Safety Shoes, Class II Vest, HardhatOrganization: Site Supply ChainSchedule: Full timeEmployee Status: RegularJob Type: Permanent contractJob Posting Date: 2025-07-29
