Product Manager III

Our client, a leader in financial technology and innovative payment solutions, is seeking a Product Manager III | USA to join their team. As a Product Manager III | USA, you will be part of the Product Development Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strategic thinking, strong collaboration skills, and a passion for creating exceptional customer experiences, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Product Manager III

Location: New York, NY. HYBRID (onsite 3 days a week)

Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension/conversion

Pay Range: $60/hr - $68/hr on w2

What's the Job?

• Drive the development and delivery of Agentic Commerce capabilities for our Card Members, focusing on seamless, secure transaction experiences.

• Partner with engineering teams to apply emerging technologies such as Agent-to-Agent Protocols, AI-driven payment protocols, and other innovative interaction models.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Fraud, Servicing, Legal, Compliance, and UX to ensure secure, compliant, and user-friendly payment solutions.

• Define product requirements, specifications, and technical solutions that enhance the overall commerce journey powered by AI agents.

• Stay informed on industry trends and balance short-term priorities with long-term strategic goals to support the product vision.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of experience in product development or management, particularly within digital payments or financial services.

• Experience with issuer payments, fraud prevention, disputes, and payment processing systems.

• Strong understanding of emerging AI models, LLMs, and innovative payment protocols is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with a knack for problem-solving and balancing strategic and tactical priorities.
