Gucci is part of the global luxury group Kering, which manages renowned Houses in fashion, leather goods, jewelry, and eyewear.Based in Las Vegas, the Gucci Retail Training Manager for the West will be focused on the selling ceremony and behaviors training, executing, and implementing learning strategies based on corporate directives, implementing instructor-led and eLearning training courses within the West market. The Retail Training Manager will be responsible for performing assessments to identify training needs within the region and will collaborate with the Senior Manager, Retail Training - West, Vice President of Retail - West, Retail Area Directors, Director of Retail Training, and regional training team to develop comprehensive solutions. This role will collaborate with various departments to measure the success of the training initiatives and determining the value to the overall brand objectives.Key AccountabilitiesSupport training strategies within the West market with a focus on improving KPI's and ensuring a consistent client experienceExecute training activities as directed by the Vice President of Retail - West, Director of Retail Training, and Senior Manager, Retail Training - WestFacilitate monthly district training calls, contributing to content developmentCreate training decks for morning briefings and activitiesCoach and train sales associates through on-the-floor observation, providing feedback, and exemplifying the luxury service experienceKey RequirementsBachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university preferredMinimum of five years' experience in a formalized training position with retail storesAdditional experience in a client-facing role at a retail setting is desirableLuxury retail experience is preferredExperience planning and managing both small and large-scale training events, with flawless follow-through and executionMust be able to manage and work within travel budgetStrong technical aptitude and expertise (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Learning Management Systems)Up to 30-40% travel required throughout the West marketQualified candidates must have the proper work authorization to work in the United StatesGucci is committed to building a diverse workforce.
