Application Delivery Engineer

Job Description​With limited oversight the Application Delivery Engineer II is known as a SME for technology tools, products and/or processes. Demonstrates working knowledge and utilization of Process Improvement change management. Provides guidance and training for and mentors junior staff. Performs complex troubleshooting and problem resolution, including proactive investigation of current issues. Independently prepares and maintains technical documentation to assist with ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of systems. Designs and builds custom tools or integrations to meet business requirements.
