About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in turning executive priorities into coordinated action. This high-trust, high-leverage position involves serving as a trusted advisor to the executive team, owning the Board operating cadence, and driving strategic alignment across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the executive operating system, including initiative accountability, leadership follow-through, and fostering strong relationships to improve collaboration and organizational effectiveness. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to lead and support high-priority cross-functional work, build and scale operating rhythms, and act as a force multiplier for the executive team. Applicants for the Chief of Staff role at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, finance, program leadership, or a similar capacity within a scaling environment. The role requires a proven ability to advise executives through ambiguity, strong analytical skills, and a reputation for building trust and operating with maturity.
