Project Manager

Alstom

At Alstom, we build what millions depend on daily - rail transportation systems that can't afford to fail. We're more than 85,000 people worldwide creating the industry's most diverse portfolio: high-speed trains, metros, trams, maintenance services and integrated systems.

More Than a Job: A Mission

We are looking for a passionate Project Manager who thrives on leading complex, high-impact projects that shape the future of sustainable mobility. You will collaborate with dedicated teams across engineering, operations, and customer delivery to bring innovative rail solutions to life, ensuring excellence from concept to commissioning.

Your Role, Your Impact

Drive project scalability by implementing robust planning frameworks.
Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, procurement, and quality teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure reliability through proactive risk management, change control, and compliance with Alstom’s project governance standards.
Champion innovation by integrating digital project dashboards and predictive analytics for performance tracking.
Promote knowledge sharing through lessons-learned sessions and continuous improvement initiatives across global teams.

You'll work with sharp, committed teams solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility, ensuring seamless integration of business and technology.

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree.
Minimum five years of project management experience.
Project management experience in the rail, manufacturing, production, transportation, civil construction, aerospace, automotive, or other project-based industrial production environments is desired.
Project Management Certification such as PMP, PRINCE 2, or IPMA level C is desired.
Strong problem-solving capability and strategic thinking.
Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing setting with regular on-site presence.

How Success Is Measured

On-time, on-budget delivery of project milestones aligned with strategic goals.
Effective collaboration and leadership across multidisciplinary teams.
Reduction in project risks, rework, and operational inefficiencies.

Alstom, A Great Place to Grow

Work with cutting-edge rail technologies driving the future of mobility.
Contribute to global impact projects from a dynamic local hub.
Advance your career through continuous learning and leadership development programs.

Here, progress isn't always easy but the impact is real. Because the scale is massive, the tasks are complex when the system runs, the train moves, and the city connects that feeling stays with you. And the legacy lasts.
