Sales Director

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned to company objectives and market opportunities Set sales targets and quotas, and deliver accurate annual and quarterly revenue forecasts Monitor and analyze pipeline health, conversion rates, deal size, and sales cycle Leverage pipeline insights to ensure predictable revenue and identify risks and growth opportunities Drive execution of sales plans to meet or exceed revenue targets and expand market share Align sales motions with market dynamics, partner ecosystems, and Citrix priorities Establish and manage performance metrics, budgets, and operating rhythms Lead, coach, and develop frontline sales managers and teams Recruit and retain top talent and build a high-performance, accountable sales culture Provide enablement, training, and career development Build and maintain executive-level relationships with key customers and strategic partners Understand customer business objectives and deliver value-driven solutions Lead negotiations and close high-value, strategic deals Maintain understanding of Citrix solutions, market trends, and competitive positioning Equip teams to articulate value propositions and differentiate in the market Partner with marketing, product, and executive leadership on go-to-market strategies Support product launches, campaigns, and strategic initiatives Provide data-driven sales performance, market trend, and business outlook insights to executive leadership Identify growth opportunities and recommend strategic adjustments Requirements Proven track record of leading high-performing sales organizations and delivering revenue growth Strong forecasting, analytical, and operational management capabilities Executive-level communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to influence across all levels of the organization and drive alignment Experience in B2B enterprise sales, with preference for Citrix or adjacent technologies Typically requires a minimum of 15-18 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 12 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience Must be able to travel to an Arrow office location as requested by Arrow leadership Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in developing and executing sales strategies, managing high-performing sales teams, and delivering data-driven insights to drive revenue growth.
