About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Sales for its B2B SaaS division. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and scaling a high-performing sales organization, with a focus on the enterprise sector. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in recruiting, developing, and retaining exceptional sales talent, as well as a strong understanding of pipeline management, forecasting, and sales productivity. The Head of Sales will be expected to be highly engaged, coaching the team, and stepping into complex enterprise opportunities as needed. A data-driven approach to decision-making and a high level of ownership, urgency, and accountability are essential. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in B2B sales, particularly within the enterprise space, and a background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. While not mandatory, experience in AdTech, MarTech, e-commerce technology, or a related SaaS environment is a plus. The role offers the opportunity to influence the future of the sales organization and to work closely with the executive team on company strategy. For a sales leader with the ambition to take on broader responsibilities, there is the potential to grow into a CRO-level position. The Head of Sales will be instrumental in building the processes, talent, and infrastructure necessary to support the company's next phase of growth.
