Outside Sales Representative – Full Time | Uncapped Commission | $500 per week training pay for 8 weeks About Ridge Valley Exteriors Ridge Valley Exteriors is a leading roofing, solar, and gutter contractor serving residential and commercial clients across multiple states, including Florida, North Carolina, Georgia, and beyond. What You’ll Do Generate new business through a combination of company-provided leads and door-to-door canvassing Conduct roof inspections, identify customer needs, and present solutions Build relationships with homeowners and guide them through the sales process Manage your pipeline and follow up on opportunities using CRM tools Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth project execution Represent Ridge Valley Exteriors with professionalism and integrity in the field Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and performance goals What We’re Looking For Strong work ethic with the mentality and drive to succeed Comfortable with door-to-door sales and working outdoors Ability to climb roofs and lift 40–50 lbs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self‑motivated, coachable, and competitive mindset Previous sales experience is a plus (especially D2D, home services, alarms, pest control, or windows) Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Benefits Uncapped commission structure – high earning potential Paid training program (8 weeks) with performance‑based milestones Company‑provided leads + ability to self‑generate business Opportunity to earn company vehicle and additional incentives Career growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company Supportive team environment with structured training and development Medical, dental, vision, life, and 401(K) benefits If you’re hungry to succeed, enjoy working in the field, and want to be rewarded for your performance, this is an opportunity to build a high‑income career with a growing industry leader.
