Responsibilities:

Drive the lifecycle of complex software initiatives from initial scoping and requirements gathering to deployment and post-launch evaluation.
Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Track team velocity, capacity, and sprint health.
Serve as the primary bridge between Engineering, Product, Design, and Business teams, translating business goals into technical execution.
Actively contribute high-quality, production-ready code using Node.js, OAuth and SF integration
Lead technical system design, evaluate architectural trade-offs, and ensure scalable, secure, and performant solutions.
Conduct rigorous code reviews, establish engineering best practices, and champion testing and CI/CD automation.
Debug complex full-stack issues, optimize database queries, and resolve production incidents alongside the engineering team.
Proactively identify technical and project blockers, manage cross-team dependencies, and shield the development team from scope creep.
Mentor engineers, foster a culture of continuous learning, and elevate the team's technical bar.
