Our client is an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, middle market multi-location behavioral healthcare services enterprise that is backed by one of the leading health care services equity sponsors. The company is accelerating its expansion into new geographical markets. We wish to recruit a growth-oriented, operationally savvy Chief Executive Officer to lead this enterprise through the next stage of its growth strategy and ultimately towards a liquidity event. Experience with developing joint venture partnerships, managing payor negotiation, and leading organic growth is highly desirable.

You will be expected to lead all operational metrics, be the face of the business to both internal and external constituents, and to execute the strategic and tactical vision and direction for the business. The ideal candidate will have had experience from the behavioral health sector (autism, psychiatry, addiction, etc.). The business has been undergoing transformation across all functional aspects as they continue to be an industry leader and progress into new market places.
