Upstate Family Healthcare, Inc., an Article 28 Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) outpatient clinic located in the heart of the Mohawk Valley in Utica, NY. We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated primary care physicians trained in Family Medicine to join our team. We also encourage PGY2 and PGY3 Family Medicine residents to apply for the position.
