# Learning & Development - Instructional DesignerApply**Job#: 3051920****Job Description:**Learning & Development - Instructional Designer**Location:** Pensacola, Florida (Hybrid)Role OverviewWe are seeking an Instructional Designer to plan and manage instructional design projects. This role involves developing instructional courses tailored to meet desired learning outcomes. You will collaborate with various teams to implement strategies for educating and training employees to achieve higher levels of performance.Key Responsibilities* Plan and design courses and curricula, ensuring the accuracy of content and testing multimedia elements.* Conduct needs assessments to provide customized training or individual guidance.* Create and edit new LMS learning activities and set up required training assignments.* Develop dynamic instructional materials using current technologies, including references and support tools.* Develop and test course content, training games, and graphic designs.* Evaluate the effectiveness of courses, learning products, and delivery methods.* Select the most effective instructional approach, blending instructor-led and self-directed techniques.* Validate and integrate feedback, assessments, and course evaluations into new and existing training content.* Conduct presentations for various groups, including executive leadership.Required Qualifications**Education:** A Bachelor's Degree in Education, business, communication, behavioral sciences, training development, or a related field, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience is required.**Experience:** Experience in evaluating the effectiveness of courses and learning products. Experience in researching and writing course content or developing courses, demonstrations, and other technology-driven products is necessary. Advanced knowledge of instructional theories and educational psychology is required.**Technical Skills:** Proficiency with word processing, database, and presentation software is required.Preferred Qualifications* Experience in multi-media training is desired.* Working knowledge of financial services products, programs, policies, and procedures is beneficial. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
