General Laborer – Pallet Stacking

Shifto: Mnday to Friday | 6:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Pay: $14 an hour

Job Summary:
Performed physically demanding general labor and production duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsible for handling raw materials, operating production equipment, stacking finished products on pallets, and safely lifting and moving materials weighing approximately 50–80 pounds. Followed production procedures and safety standards while maintaining consistent productivity and product quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lifted, carried, moved, and stacked bags and finished products weighing approximately 50–80 lbs.
• Stacked and organized finished products on pallets according to company procedures.
• Loaded and unloaded raw materials, supplies, and finished products.
• Assisted with batching and production of grout, mortar, and related construction materials.
• Weighed and handled raw materials according to production specifications.
• Operated filling and packaging equipment to prepare finished products for shipment.
• Operated a forklift to move raw materials, pallets, and finished products throughout the facility.
• Monitored production equipment and reported issues to supervisors.
• Maintained a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Followed company safety procedures, proper lifting techniques, and production requirements.
• Worked efficiently with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Performed additional warehouse, production, and general labor duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

• Repeatedly lifted and handled materials weighing approximately 50–80 lbs.
• Stood, walked, bent, stooped, reached, and performed repetitive physical tasks throughout the work shift.
• Worked around industrial equipment, raw materials, dust, and manufacturing processes.
• Maintained reliable attendance and the ability to work effectively in a physically demanding, team-oriented environment.
