Food & Beverage Outlets Manager

We’re looking for an experienced food and beverage outlets manager to take our impeccable service to the next level. Your job will be to lead our highly-engaged team and manage the outlet's food and beverage department; under your watch, every guest leaves happy! Compensation:

$50,000 - $60,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

Hire, train, and supervise food and beverage staff to ensure their performance adheres to a high standard
Oversee all food and beverage department operations: staff supervision, schedule, customer satisfaction, budget, and menu development
Collaborate with our culinary team to design and implement new menus and appropriate pricing structures
Implement and monitor operation schedules of food and beverage staff
Handle the flow of product, supplies, and labor costs

Qualifications:

High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience - higher education in hospitality or hospitality management is a plus
Extensive knowledge of the current culinary landscape and understanding of standard portion and plating standards
Food handling license
Excellent leadership, communication, and customer service skills
Firm understanding of the national healthy safety regulations
