We’re looking for a compassionate, experienced LPN or RN to serve as our Health & Wellness Director—someone who leads with integrity, builds strong relationships, and is passionate about providing exceptional care. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and support the wellness team while promoting a culture of excellence. Oversee resident assessments, admissions, service plans, and ongoing care coordination. Ensure residents receive exceptional, person-centered care that promotes independence and quality of life. Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, pharmacies, and healthcare providers. Supervise medication management and ensure safe medication administration. Maintain compliance with state regulations, licensing requirements, and company policies. Monitor documentation, resident records, and care plans for accuracy and compliance. Respond to resident concerns, emergencies, and changes in condition. Identify potential risks and implement proactive care and safety plans. Participate in Manager on Duty rotations and provide leadership support as needed. What We’re Looking For Active Nebraska LPN or RN license required. Minimum of 1 year of experience working with seniors or in long-term care, assisted living, or a related healthcare setting. 2+ years of leadership or management experience preferred. Strong knowledge of medications, treatments, and senior health needs. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using electronic documentation and computer systems. Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing exceptional resident care.
