Blue United Sourcing is looking for a Physical Therapist to join a rehab team at a well-established skilled nursing facility in Marysville. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with residents, support their recovery, and be part of a team that values quality care and professional growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide high-quality physical therapy to SNF residents
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes
• Document patient progress and maintain compliance with all regulations
• Participate in care planning and rehab program development
• Support a culture of teamwork, engagement, and patient-centered care

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in California
• Experience in skilled nursing, outpatient, or rehab settings preferred
• Strong clinical skills with a patient-focused mindset
• Someone who values collaboration, reliability, and consistency
