Branch Manager

Job Description Volt is immediately hiring for a Branch Manager in Norristown, PA. As a Branch Manager, you will: Oversee daily operations, ensuring adherence to company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures Use logistics and warehouse management experience to streamline branch operations and improve workflow Manage inventory levels and oversee order fulfillment to ensure accuracy and efficiency Recruit, train, and develop branch staff to build a high-performance team Set performance goals, provide ongoing feedback, and ensure staff are motivated and engaged Create and manage rotating schedules to ensure optimal branch coverage and productivity Prepare and manage the branch budget, ensuring financial targets are met Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely compensation for all staff Analyze financial reports and operational data to identify trends and areas for improvement Address and resolve customer issues, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and identify new business opportunities This is a full time, direct hire opportunity. The ideal candidate will have: Minimum of 3 years warehouse management experience Minimum of 3 years shipping and receiving experience Worked in a fast paced environment previously Previous experience with an RF Scanner Intangible skillset Attention to detail Work ethic Positive Attitude Accountability Administrative responsibilities Payroll Expenses Reporting Data Entry Minor HR functions Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Benefits: Since this is a Direct Hire role, benefits will be provided by the employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr 6AM City, LLC
