Maintenance TechnicianThe Maintenance Technician role within Real Estate Operations is responsible for supporting the upkeep, repair, and improvement of bank facilities through a combination of general maintenance, light construction, and repair work.Primary responsibilities include:Responding to emergency and non-emergency service requests and prioritizing work order responseClosing out work orders upon completion; via iPad or Computerized Maintenance Management SystemProviding minor office relocations of furniture and / or contentsCommunicating in a pleasant and professional manner with internal and external customersMaintaining inventory of supplies, tools and materials and purchasing supplies at the best available priceQualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials:High School Degree or EquivalentValid Driver's License, requiredProven customer service experience and/or abilitiesCompetent use of iPad andAbility to travel as requiredDemonstrated written and verbal communications skillsAbility to work under pressure with efficiency and accuracyAbility to plan and prioritize workloadHours & Work Schedule:Hours per Week: 40Work Schedule: Monday - FridayPay Transparency:The salary range for this position is $23-26 per hour.
