Step into a rewarding school-based role supporting students across the K-12 spectrum as a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant in the vibrant Keller, TX area. This full-time, on-site contract opportunity begins August 10, 2026, and continues through May 21, 2027. You'll work up to 37.5 hours per week at one dedicated school site (to be confirmed), collaborating with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster communication skills and student success.

Key Qualifications:

• Active Texas SLPA license required
• Previous experience in an educational setting highly valued
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is preferred
• Must complete or verify TEA fingerprinting prior to assignment (can take up to 10 business days)
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to support K-12 students, adapting to a variety of learning and language needs

Responsibilities:

• Implement speech-language therapy plans designed by a licensed SLP for a caseload of approximately 60-65 students
• Deliver direct and indirect services under the supervision of a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Track student progress, keep accurate documentation, and assist with evaluations
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, and families to encourage communication goals
• Support inclusion initiatives and help foster a positive learning environment
