Facilities Site Lead: Maintenance & Client Relations

$30 - $40 per hour

EMCOR Facilities Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Leader in Charlotte, NC. The Site Leader will be responsible for planning, directing, and executing facility maintenance activities while ensuring client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include supervising subcontractors, performing maintenance on facility equipment, and maintaining compliance with safety requirements and SOPs. Qualifications include five or more years of mechanical experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and strong technical skills.
