• Trained or familiar with Drug Screens, Fitness for Duty Programs, or have a medical background
• Proficient in Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook, etc.) and processing applications
• Good communication and organizational skills along with a high quality of work
• Successful completion of a 5-year background check and a psychological evaluation
• Must have demonstrated values (honesty, trustworthiness, integrity, confidentiality, etc.) and be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Your Opportunity

This full-time role is about making an impact on people’s lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As a Screening Coordinator in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the IBT-A Operations Support Business Line in the Installed Base Business Unit. Your work will include the performance of alcohol and drug screens for pre-employment, random, follow-up and for-cause testing. You will work directly with contracted medical staff when needed to review results and work directly with the Framatome HR department for decisions on results. You will assist in scheduling respirator/crane physicals as well as reviewing the results for compliance. You will get to work directly with supervisors and managers at Framatome to help maintain a safe and healthy workplace while complying with all applicable safety and health rules. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $21.50 - $28.10 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
