Aufgaben

Sie sind der erste Ansprechpartner für Gäste, Kollegen und Mitarbeitende und Hauptverantwortlich für unseren Empfangsbereich
Sie organisieren, koordinieren und gewährleisten einen reibungslosen Tagesablauf an der Rezeption
die enge Zusammenarbeit mit Direktion
die Auswahl, Einarbeitung und Motivation Ihrer Mitarbeitenden
die Übernahme der administrativen Aufgaben (Dienst und Urlaubsplanung, Statistiken etc.)
die Kommunikation mit allen weiteren Abteilungen im Haus

Profil

Sie besitzen bestenfalls eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Hotellerie und erste Berufs- und Führungserfahrung
die Lust, den nächsten Schritt in Ihrer Karriere zu gehen
Spaß an der Arbeit mit Gästen und dem Team
gute EDV-Kenntnisse, vielleicht sogar Erfahrung mit Fidelio Suite 8 oder Opera
Sie sind Vorbild und Motivator
