Key Responsibilities High-End Construction: Build custom decks, pergolas, 3-season rooms, and screened porches to exact specifications. Structural Expertise: Execute complex framing, roof structures, wood stairways, and window/door installations. Material Handling: Expertly work with pressure-treated lumber and premium composite materials. Blueprint Literacy: Read and interpret detailed architectural drawings and building plans accurately. Project Oversight: Manage material take-offs, maintain a clean job site, and ensure all work meets OSHA safety standards. Candidate Requirements Experience: Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience, with a specific focus on decks, pergolas, and roof framing. Professionalism: A commitment to craftsmanship, a strong work ethic, and a professional appearance. Equipment: Must possess a reliable vehicle (capable of hauling materials) and a complete set of professional-grade power and hand tools. Compliance: Must carry active General Liability and Workers’ Compensation insurance. Physical Capability: Comfortable with ladder work, heavy lifting, and outdoor conditions.
