Adecco Onsite Recruiter Location: Warsaw, IN Position Summary The Onsite Recruiter supports high-volume staffing needs by recruiting, screening, onboarding, and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. This position works closely with onsite leadership to meet client staffing requirements while providing a positive experience for candidates and associates. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, interview, and identify qualified candidates. Maintain an active candidate pipeline for current and upcoming openings. Conduct candidate outreach through calls, texts, job boards, referrals, and community resources. Coordinate background checks, drug screens, I-9 verification, and other onboarding requirements. Schedule candidates for orientation and communicate start dates, schedules, locations, and expectations. Conduct follow-up before orientation and start dates to help reduce falloffs and no-shows. Assist with new-hire orientation and onboarding. Track recruiting activity, candidate status, orientations, and starts. Support associates with general questions and onsite workforce needs. Partner with onsite leadership to prioritize openings and respond to changing staffing demands. Maintain accurate candidate and recruiting information in applicable systems. Provide professional, timely communication to candidates, associates, and the onsite team. Qualifications Recruiting, staffing, HR, customer service, or high-volume hiring experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Comfortable conducting phone and in-person interviews. Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously. Microsoft Office and recruiting/HR system experience preferred. Professional and dependable with the ability to handle confidential information appropriately. What Success Looks Like Strong and consistent candidate pipeline. Timely follow-up with applicants. Strong communication with candidates, associates, and onsite leadership.
