Power up your career with a company that rewards top talent! THE RESIDENTIAL SERVICE ELECTRICIAN WE'RE LOOKING FOR Do you meet the following qualifications? Active Connecticut E-2 journeyman license Valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and the ability to travel throughout central Connecticut and Greater New Haven County as assigned Willingness to participate in an on‑call rotation While not required, we would prefer that our Residential Service Electrician bring some electrical service, upgrade, panel change, or generator/EV charger installation experience. Familiarity with HVAC and heat pump electrical systems would be a bonus! Experienced commercial candidates are encouraged to apply! Can you handle these responsibilities? This is a Level 2/3 role where you'll perform impressive hands‑on work and potentially take on leadership duties in the future. Armed with a solution‑driven mindset and a "can‑do" attitude, you'll travel to assigned homes to evaluate customers' systems, troubleshoot problems, and complete the appropriate repairs, installations, or maintenance services. You'll professionally communicate with customers and complete first‑rate panel changes, service upgrades, generator/EV charger installations, maintain HVAC and heat pump equipment, and more. Once you've reached Level 3, you'll help lead the crew on larger jobs and assist with escalated calls.
