Nurse Practitioner (NP)

We are a small, independent occupational health clinic focused on practical, high-quality care, not corporate red tape. Our work centers on Workers’ Compensation injury management and employment-related physicals, serving local businesses, first responders, and workforce professionals who rely on us to keep operations moving safely.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and treat Workers’ Compensation injuries with an emphasis on safe, timely return to work.
• Perform DOT Medical Exams (FMCSA compliant).
• Conduct Post-Offer Employment Physicals and Fitness for Duty Evaluations.
• Complete Law Enforcement Physical Exams following ACOEM guidelines.
• Perform Fire Fighter Physical Exams per NFPA 1582 standards.
• Communicate clearly with employers, adjusters, and case managers to keep care moving efficiently.
• Deliver strong, defensible documentation and practical clinical decision-making.

What We’re Looking For

• Active Florida NP license and national certification.
• Confident clinician comfortable practicing independently.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience in occupational health, urgent care, ER, or primary care preferred.
• NRCME (DOT Medical Examiner) certified OR willing to obtain certification within 90 days of hire.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Occupational medicine or Workers’ Compensation experience.
• Familiarity with OSHA reporting and OSHA 300 requirements.
• Experience with employment physicals or regulatory exams.
• Working knowledge of ACOEM and NFPA 1582 guidelines.
