Leadership that respects family time, and a team that looks out for one another.* Lucrative incentive plan and relocation eligibility are both available for this role.**About this role**This Global Strategic Account Group Project Executive position manages a team of intermediate or experience professionals in Project Management, leads project plans, provides resolutions to project problems, participates in project meetings, suggests allocation of resources, develops strategic planning, supports the business development team with writing proposals and may act as the primary contact with customers.**Key Responsibilities****Portfolio & Delivery Leadership*** Provide executive oversight for a portfolio of mission‐critical projects, ensuring consistent execution from project award through turnover.* Establish and maintain delivery strategies, milestone integrity, and recovery plans for at‐risk projects.* Serve as the escalation authority for complex technical, commercial, or schedule challenges impacting customer outcomes.* Ensure compliance with Carrier, Automated Logic, and customer standards related to safety, quality, and execution.**Financial & Commercial Accountability*** Own portfolio‐level financial performance, including revenue, gross margin, cash flow, billing, and forecasting accuracy.* Review and approve project budgets, cost‐to‐complete forecasts, and financial recovery plans.* Partner with Sales and Operations to support pursuit strategies, contract reviews, risk assessments, and major change orders.* Drive disciplined financial controls and adherence to Carrier policies and internal controls.**People Management & Organizational Leadership*** Directly manage, coach, and develop Project Managers, Senior Project Managers, and supporting execution staff.* Establish clear performance expectations, accountability, and development plans for direct reports.* Support workforce planning, resource forecasting, and staffing strategies across the portfolio.* Foster a culture of ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.**Quality, Safety, & Risk Management*** Champion a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with all HSE, OSHA, and Carrier safety requirements.* Oversee quality assurance and quality control practices across engineering, installation, and commissioning activities.* Identify systemic risks and recurring issues, driving corrective actions and standardization to prevent recurrence.* Support audits, partner quality initiatives, and lessons‐learned programs.**Customer & Stakeholder Engagement*** Act as the executive point of contact for strategic customers and key stakeholders.* Lead quarterly business reviews, executive meetings, and portfolio performance discussions.* Align customer expectations with delivery realities and proactively communicate risks and mitigation plans.* Represent Carrier and Automated Logic professionally in all internal and external engagement.**Required Qualifications*** High School Diploma or GED* 8+ years of experience in Project Management, Operations, Portfolio Leadership and/or engineering within building automation, HVAC or controls.* 1+ years of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite* Clean and valid driver’s license* Ability to travel up to 50% as required to support project sites and customer engagements.**Preferred Qualifications*** Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in HVAC (Building Automation Controls), Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical.* Proven ability to lead and develop managers and cross‐functional teams.* Strong financial acumen, including revenue and resource forecasting, margin management, billing, and cash flow oversight.* In‐depth knowledge of building automation systems, controls integration, commissioning processes, and lifecycle delivery.* Working knowledge of safety regulations, quality management systems, and Carrier/ALC operational processes.* Able to lead and motivate teams* Problem-solving, planning, and project management skills* Working knowledge of project financial reporting* Deal with multiple challenges simultaneouslyAt Automated Logic, you’ll find the kind of work that challenges your mind, respects your time, and rewards your mastery — in a place that feels like home.**About Us:**Automated Logic, a Carrier company, is a leader in intelligent building solutions.
