Location: Chandler, AZ Pay Rate: $20.00 $26.00 per hour (Based on experience/qualifications) Schedule: (1st Shift | 6:00 AM 2:30 PM) (2nd Shift | 2:00 PM 10:30 PM) Monday Friday

Your Role: Run the press brake. Shape the metal. Own the shift. Precision, pride, and production are the name of the game.

Responsibilities: Set up, operate, and monitor CNC press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal components Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, work orders, and engineering specifications Select and install appropriate tooling, dies, and machine settings based on production requirements Perform machine setups, adjustments, and changeovers to ensure accurate part production Verify dimensions and tolerances using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools Inspect finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications Identify and troubleshoot issues related to machine performance, tooling, or material inconsistencies Maintain production records and complete required documentation accurately Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area Collaborate with fabrication, welding, and assembly teams to support production goals

Requirements: Minimum 1-2 years of Press Brake Operator experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Experience operating CNC press brake equipment such as Amada, Trumpf, Cincinnati, Bystronic, or similar machines Ability to read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and mechanical specifications Strong understanding of sheet metal forming processes and bend allowances Experience performing machine setups and tooling changes Ability to use precision measuring instruments and perform quality inspections Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
