Job Opportunity: Plastic Surgeon
The Department of Plastic Surgery at our organization in Southern California is actively looking for board-certified or board-eligible plastic surgeons to join our expanding team. This growth reflects the increasing demand for our services in the region.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver exceptional patient care in various adult subspecialties, including microsurgery for breast and limb reconstruction, aesthetic procedures, body contouring, and complex wound management.
- Engage in teaching and mentoring integrated plastic surgery residents and medical students as a full-time faculty member.
- Participate in clinical research initiatives to advance the field of plastic surgery.
- Contribute to a collaborative practice environment focused on achieving successful patient outcomes.
- Completion of residency training in an accredited plastic surgery program.
- ABPS board certification or eligibility.
- Strong clinical skills with a passion for research, innovation, and education.
- Additional fellowship training in breast microsurgery or microsurgery is preferred.

Compensation and BenefitsThe starting base salary for this position ranges from $350,000 to $450,000, depending on experience and faculty rank. This figure does not include variable compensation or additional productivity incentives, which will be discussed during the recruitment process.
