Desired Qualifications:

• California Occupational Therapist license (active and in good standing)
• Previous experience working in K-8 schools preferred
• Strong knowledge of IEP development and implementation
• Excellent assessment, intervention, and documentation skills

• Reliable, organized, and able to adapt to changing needs in a growing district

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and deliver direct and consultative OT services to students
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and execute individualized treatment plans
• Assist in creating a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
• Maintain accurate records and progress reports in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Contribute to IEP meetings, goal setting, and student evaluations
