Float Phlebotomist III

Phlebotomist III Floater Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist III Floater to support our client’s medical facility, based in Jackson, NJ 08527. This is a TEMP-TO-HIRE job with a possible extension opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Location Jackson, NJ 08527 Schedule 7:00 am–3:30 pm rotating Saturdays (40 hrs/week) Pay Range $19.85–$23.25 per hour (based on education, experience, and credentials). The rate is based on years of direct experience as listed in the resume. Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary blood sampling with precision and care. Ensure proper identification of patients prior to blood collection. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to laboratory procedures and safety protocol. Accurately label and document specimens for testing in accordance with medical terminology standards. Label, process, and transport blood specimens accurately and efficiently in compliance with CLIA, OSHA, and HIPAA standards. Education A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Medical training (such as medical assistant or paramedic programs) is preferred. Experience Minimum of five (5) years of phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary draws. At least two (2) years of experience in a Patient Service Center or clinical setting is preferred.
