Department: Environmental Services Reports to: Director Plant Operations Status: Full-time - Hourly/Non-exempt Pay Range: $16.50 based on credentials and experience! Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00AM – 3:30PM Rose Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Housekeeping Associate to join our team! This position is responsible for performing housekeeping and laundry functions to maintain an attractive, clean and comfortable environment that meets residents’ needs. Minimum Required Qualifications High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Three to six months experience in housekeeping or janitorial position required. Essential Job Functions Perform weekly cleaning functions as directed by supervisor. Accomplish all work in the order of priority set by supervisor. Clean common areas as needed. Check for cobwebs and remove. Vacuum, dust, and mop hallways. Vacuum stairways as required. Clean fingerprints from windows, doors, mirrors, and fixtures as needed. Clean resident rooms as scheduled. Maintain all equipment and supplies in proper order. Represent the community in a warm and inviting manner, which promotes a positive marketing environment.
