About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the Managing Partner. This role is a 24-month apprenticeship in company building, investing, and leadership, with the potential for significant career advancement within the firm and its portfolio. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted thought partner, ensuring the Managing Partner's highest-priority work progresses, and will be responsible for developing and retaining deep context across various strategic and tactical initiatives. The Chief of Staff will also be expected to build strong relationships, create reliable systems, and move seamlessly between high-level strategic work and detailed execution. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have a background in private equity, growth equity, venture capital, public-markets investing, or top-tier strategy consulting, with a preference for those with 3-7 years' professional experience. The role requires an individual who is exceptionally smart, ambitious, and intellectually curious, with a proven track record of exceptional judgment, analytical rigor, and ownership. The ideal candidate will be an outstanding writer and communicator, with high agency, low ego, and a genuine interest in artificial intelligence, healthcare, investing, and company creation. While prior healthcare experience is not mandatory, comfort with the latest AI tools and a proactive approach to using technology to enhance work efficiency are essential.
