About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President, Partner Relationships to join their dynamic team. This senior leadership role is pivotal in driving the partnership strategy, managing key external relationships, and leading a high-performing Partnerships team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a substantial portfolio of corporate and philanthropic partnerships, ensuring strong partner engagement, retention, and revenue performance. This includes working closely with partners across various sectors to deliver talent pipelines and successful internship and full-time placement outcomes. The role also involves serving as a senior point of contact for high-priority partners, guiding the team in relationship management, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Applicants for the Vice President, Partner Relationships position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a Master's degree in business or related fields highly preferred. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in leading teams and programs, particularly in the for-profit sector, is required, with exposure to the non-profit sector being a plus. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue with corporate partners and experience in philanthropic foundations.
