This includes working closely with partners across various sectors to deliver talent pipelines and successful internship and full-time placement outcomes. The role also involves serving as a senior point of contact for high-priority partners, guiding the team in relationship management, and fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. Applicants for the Vice President, Partner Relationships position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with a Master's degree in business or related fields highly preferred. A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in leading teams and programs, particularly in the for-profit sector, is required, with exposure to the non-profit sector being a plus.
