Assistant Professor of Nursing (IO-month), Tenure TrackEastern Connecticut State University is seeking a qualified candidate to fill the Assistant Professor of Nursing (IO-month), Tenure Track position. Eastern is Connecticut's Public Liberal Arts University and is located in Willimantic, Connecticut which is 1.5 hours from Boston and 2.5 hours from New York City. Eastern is one of four universities in the Connecticut State College and University System (CSCU). Faculty are expected to support innovation in nursing education and contribute to the continued development of a high-quality baccalaureate program.The primary responsibility of Eastern Connecticut State University's Health Sciences and Nursing Department faculty is teaching across didactic, clinical, laboratory, and simulation settings, with a workload expectation of 12 FLCs per semester, while also serving the department through curriculum development, nursing and health science research, program and student evaluation, academic advising, and participation in professional service activities.
