Lead BI Developer
Virtual Vocations Inc
Owning the reporting infrastructure, the full-time Lead BI Developer will extract insights from unstructured data, optimize performance marketing, and partner closely with business teams to drive data literacy and actionable insights in a remote capacity. Key responsibilities Audit and standardize reporting across various verticals while engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs Articulate business context and key performance levers to improve dashboard standardization and execute ad hoc requests Deliver proactive retrospective analyses and establish trusted relationships with business teams to enhance self-service analytics Required qualifications Minimum 7 years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, particularly in performance or affiliate marketing Expertise in SQL and experience with unstructured complex data Proficiency in LookML development or equivalent tools such as Power BI or Tableau Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics and their impact on business decisions Demonstrated ability to partner with business teams to uncover trends and provide actionable insights
