At Skin and Wellness Centre , we are dedicated to delivering exceptional, results-driven treatments in a refined and welcoming environment. We are seeking a polished, professional Receptionist who will serve as the face of our spa and play a key role in creating a seamless, elevated client experience.

This is a high-impact, client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, luxury service environment and understands the importance of first impressions, attention to detail, and personalized care.

Position Overview

As the first point of contact, you will set the tone for every client interactionwhether in person or over the phone. You will manage front desk operations, coordinate scheduling, support our providers, and ensure that every guest experience is smooth, organized, and aligned with our brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients with professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail
Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups
Answer and direct phone calls with a high level of customer service
Check clients in and out efficiently, including processing payments
Present and sell retail products, treatment packages, and memberships
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing front desk and spa environment
Support daily operations including opening and closing procedures
Coordinate with providers to ensure smooth treatment flow
Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and client record management
Contribute to spa events, promotions, and client engagement initiatives

Qualifications

Prior receptionist or front desk experience required (spa, medical, or hospitality preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized with excellent time management
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and remain composed in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and booking systems such as Mindbody
Experience with tools like Canva is a plus acrobat
