Position Description:

The candidate for this role will be expected to be onsite five days a week at our client site in Pittsburgh PA.

For this role on this particular client engagement, employer sponsorship of immigration related visa and/or green card status as part of the PERM process will not be available.

CGI is looking for an experienced BSA to join our Enterprise Document Management team, supporting our client which is a large US Bank, working in an advanced technology environment.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. As a BSA you will be responsible to conduct meetings, interviews, and workshops with stakeholders to elicit business requirements.

. Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly and concisely.

. Create Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, User Stories, and Use Cases.

. Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.

. Model "as-is" and "to-be" processes using tools like flowcharts, design docs and visio

. Recommend process improvements or automation opportunities.

. Act as the bridge between business users and IT/development teams.

. Facilitate communication and ensure alignment of expectations and deliverables.

. Manage and prioritize stakeholder needs and concerns.

. Analyze data to support business decisions and validate requirements and work with reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SQL) to generate insights

. Identify data gaps and ensure data integrity in reporting.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

. Candidate must have an agile mindset and should have 5+ Yrs of good hands on as a BSA

. Candidate should have strong understanding of business processes and workflows

. Should be able to document and manage functional and non-functional requirements and analyze and map current and future state business processes.

. Candidate should be able to develop clear documentation including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications (FS), Use Cases, and User Stories.

. Candidate should have basic technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Visio, Power BI, Tableau

. Should have an understanding on SQL, Databases, APIs and system integrations, data modeling and architecture

. Candidate should have Stakeholder engagement and presentation skills and ability to translate technical requirements into business language (and vice versa)

. Candidate should have strong communication and analytical skills

Desired Skills:

. Experience in Banking and financial domain is a plus

. Experience working with enterprise document management / ECM platforms such as: OpenText, IBM File Net, Hyland OnBase, AEM or Sharepoint

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $79,600.00 - $156,700.00.
