- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to generate new business with automotive dealerships across the assigned territory.
- Maintain strong knowledge of our solutions, brand, and mission to help dealerships grow and innovate.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealership personnel, including owners, general managers, sales managers, and finance managers.
- Present and train dealership staff on our solutions to improve understanding and sales performance.
- Partner with internal teams, including claims and customer service, to strengthen dealer relationships and maintain high satisfaction.
- Use the CRM system to track sales activity and dealer communications.
- Meet or exceed monthly targets for sales, new account growth, and retention.
- Must reside within the assigned territory.
- Must be willing to travel up to 80% within the assigned territory.
- Reliable transportation, a valid drivers license, and current auto insurance are required.
- Proven success in territory sales, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to perform well independently and as part of a sales team.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Zoom Workplace.
- Base salary of $40,000 plus uncapped commissions with expected first-year earnings of $60,000 to $72,000.
