Reach Truck Operator

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a Reach Truck Operator to join their team. As a Reach Truck Operator, you will be part of the warehouse operations team supporting efficient and accurate order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Reach Truck Operator

Location: Sayreville, NJ

Pay Range: $19.00 - $21.43 per hour


Shift: 1st / 2nd / 3rd Shifts Available

What's the Job?

• Operate Raymond reach trucks to move, locate, and organize inventory within the warehouse
• Use RF guns and computer-generated tickets to accurately pick and process orders
• Utilize I-Warehouse machines to assist in inventory management and order fulfillment
• Maintain safety standards by wearing steel toe boots and following operational protocols
• Assist team members in maintaining a clean and organized work environment

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years of current Raymond reach truck experience
• Experience with RF gun technology and I-Warehouse machines
• Strong attention to detail and excellent attendance and performance records
• Ability to pass a Reach Truck test and in-person interview
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7 am until finish (approximately 3:30 pm), with schedule flexibility based on business needs
