The Admin Receptionist plays a crucial role in managing front desk operations and providing administrative support to ensure a smooth and welcoming environment. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic office setting.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors upon arrival
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Schedule meetings and maintain calendars
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
• Maintain the reception area in a clean and orderly manner
• Assist with general administrative duties as needed
• Manage office supplies and inventory
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations
• Paper work Filling

 

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
