The Vice President of Facilities Management will provide executive leadership across facilities management, plant operations, engineering, construction, equipment planning, preventive maintenance, regulatory readiness, and long-range capital development. Reporting to senior executive leadership, the Assistant Vice President Facilities Operations will receive organizational support and resources to develop capital priorities, guide departmental strategy, manage budgets, strengthen infrastructure, and lead multidisciplinary teams. The Assistant Vice President Facilities Operations will partner closely with friendly nurses, physicians, clinical leaders, infection prevention professionals, finance teams, architects, contractors, and a diverse group of healthcare professionals to ensure that every patient care environment remains safe, functional, compliant, and welcoming. Responsibilities include team development, regulatory compliance, operational performance, project oversight, equipment coordination, and communication with stakeholders across the healthcare system.
