Corporate Associate | M&A
I'm partnered with a premier, growth-focused firm seeking an experienced Corporate Associate to join its Corporate practice.
This is a strategic hire for a team handling sophisticated transactions for market-leading and innovative companies. The ideal attorney will have strong venture capital and M&A experience and be ready to take ownership of deals while mentoring junior associates.
What you'll lead and manage:
- Middle-market M&A transactions (stock & asset purchases, mergers, spin-offs, joint ventures)
- Drafting and negotiating complex transaction documents
- Corporate governance matters for public & private companies
- Cross-functional collaboration with tax, employment, IP & regulatory teams
- Direct client relationship management
This role offers meaningful client contact, deal leadership responsibility, and exposure to innovative growth companies across multiple industries.
Ideal Profile:
- 3+ years of corporate law experience
- Strong background in M&A
- Experience with entity formation, governance & securities compliance
- Ability to manage multiple complex transactions
- Strong drafting, analytical & communication skills
