Job Title: General Production Worker Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a General Production Worker. The role involves assembling plastic components by visually inspecting plastic caps, inserting a metal ring inside the cap, placing another plastic cover on top, and organizing them on a tray. You will be expected to complete 20 trays within two hours, and the work will require you to either sit or stand for 8 hours.

• Visually inspect plastic caps for quality assurance.
• Insert a metal ring inside each cap.
• Place an additional plastic cover on top of each cap.
• Organize completed caps into trays, aiming to complete 20 trays within 2 hours.

• Visual inspection capabilities.
• Hand dexterity for precise assembly tasks.

• Open to individuals with general labor experience.
• Suitable for recent high school graduates, fast food, retail, or previous manufacturing experience.

Enjoy flexible working hours starting at 9:30 am, allowing for a 6-8 hour workday. The role requires minimal communication, providing a focused and independent work environment.

The work environment consists of a regulated space that resembles a large garage, equipped with tables for assembly tasks. The team currently comprises two full-time employees, and the dress code is casual, permitting shorts but requiring closed-toed shoes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Forest Lake, MN.

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00/hr.
