Marketing Coordinator

Title: Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities :
Draft and maintain marketing collateral (attorney biographies, presentations, website content, brochures, etc.)
Management of Firm events such as exhibit shows, conferences, speaking engagements, etc.
Assist with developing content for pitches, presentations, proposals, and RFPs
Utilize social media platforms to increase traffic and awareness
Assist with updating the Firm’s WordPress website
Creation and distribution of firm newsletters, client alerts, and other firm emails using Constant Contact
Assist in the scheduling, filming/recording, editing, and posting of videos and podcasts, including the writing of descriptions and creation of thumbnails for posting
Creation of PowerPoint presentations, including templates, graphics, and animations
Creation of podcasts and other multi-media content as needed
Using social sites to engage potential new clients
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related fields
2-4 years of experience in marketing or related experience
Law firm marketing experience preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of WordPress
Basic Graphic Design experience using Canva or Venngage
